My baby is six and a half weeks old, does anyone have any top tips on how to tighten it all up down under? Thanks!

Yes! I see a physio for this very reason!
The muscles you use are the ones you use if you stop a wee half way through but don't actually do that as an exercise.

What I do is lie down and squeeze those muscles, there are a few kind of levels of squeeze (you will know what I mean if you try it) and you can kind of start with a bit, then increase the squeeze.

I do three long holds for ten seconds each, trying to maintain the same intensity. Then I do ten short sharp ones. I also try and sit up straight and increase my core stomach muscles bu holding it in when I am driving, sitting up at work etc.

Congrats on your baby! And also well done for being so conscientious!
There is a brilliant lady on here somewhere who is a specialist in pelvic floor, can't remember her name though sorry!

Thank you that is really helpful and this is definitely something I need help with.

If you don't mind me asking how long does it take before you notice a difference?

Well I had a prolapse a few years after my second so was a bit different but I noticed that I couldn't feel it anymore after a couple of weeks, some of that might have been psychological though!!
