I had c section 11 weeks ago, during which I had a retained placenta that was manually removed. Yesterday I got my first period and have found a lump (about 2cms) of placenta. It's definitely not a clot. It's pale yellow/brown and looks like body tissue/fleshy iykwim. Sorry for the tmi but I am I bit freaked out right now! Is this normal?
