The Tupler Technique is an exercise program that uses transverse abdominal exercises and splitting to close and repair a diastasis by allowing the connective tissue to heal. There is a website that explains it here but if you wanted to buy any of the products (and you're in the UK) you probably have to use tummy tribe I'm not affiliated to them in any way btw!

Sorry, I only had one hand to type with, so thought you could google it. :)

I started using the Tupler technique a few weeks ago and can already notice a bit of a difference.
