Embarassing bladder letting me down...

With only a few weeks to go and the baby head down, I need the loo all the day and notice my pants are always damp so much sometimes that I change them in the day a couple of times.

I do my pelvic floors religiously so i know it cant be that, and that it just has to be the sheer pressure on my bladder.

But how would I know my waters have not broken? with first baby, my waters trickled out.

It would be hard to tell them apart now???

When I thought my waters had broken, midwives told me to put on a sanitary pad and if it was wet through after an hour, was very likely to be waters.hth
