Hypnobirth books and cds

Was just wondering if anyone on here has used hypnobirthing books and CDs as well as or instead of attending classes? And if so, which ones you've found particularly useful?
Have been freaking out about giving birth but everyone keeps recommending hypnobirthing so any experiences of it on here?

I was given a book and CD when I was pregnant but never got around to reading/listening.

DH, on the other hand, still listens to the CD almost two years later, he says it is the most relaxing thing ever. He just ignores the bit that goes 'feel your womb opening' or whatever.
