Could I be getting close?

I'm 38+4 and have to keep rushing to the loo for what can only e described as a good clear out. Unusual for me with the amount of lactulose consumed. Also feel quite restless and a bit het up. Does this mean I could be a bit early?
Sorry if its obvious just a bit scared as well :-/

Any other twinges?

Just loads of pressure down below its very sporadic and she's wriggling like a bugger.
