Ruwan Fernando - consultant at Lindo Wing - heard of him?

Is anyone seeing Mr Ruwan Fernando or know anything about him?

he is on the list of Lindo Wing consultants and specialises in areas I'm interested in, but would like to know of other's experiences.

Yes, I have seen him. I was referred to him for anal manometry and an endo-anal ultrasound as part of general assessment of my anal sphincter. I only saw him twice, so not enough to form any sort of real opinion about him. But he was fine - nice and kind, gentle and respectful. I was referred to him by Vik Khullar, who is also at the Lindo (amongst other places). Vik is a fantastic surgeon and I trust him completely - as Vik referred me to him I would have no hesitation in recommending Ruwen from a medical point of view.

If you are looking for a private consultant for birth injury/pelvic floor/uro-gynae stuff, then I would whole-heartedly recommend Vik - he is brilliant and is a lovely lovely man.
