Im 30w pg and i weigh about 12st 12(about a week ago)

I have put 6lb on since being pregnant, i really do watch what i ate!

I did put a lot of weight on before i had the baby, e.g mcdonalds at least 4 times a week.

How hard is it to bugde the weight after a baby?

I want to get to a Size 10/12.

I am roughly 16-18. I dont look fat im of those that looks skinny but weighs a lot!

Any advice after the birth about losing weight?

I put on 24lb with dd (a stone of it was cake in the first trimester) and lost half of it, then gained 42lb with 9lb 8 DS. Lost 24lb in the first 2 weeks and a subsequent 21lb in the following month. My weight has stabilised despite bfing, going dairy free and running 4x a week. So I'm half a stone heavier than pre dd and half a stone lighter than pre DS.

I'm wondering what will happen when I stop bfing... I've been pregnant bfing for almost 4 years now...

I was the slimmest I have ever been a few months after having dc1, I put it down to bf and walking lots and lots with baby in pushchair. There are a lot of calories in bf, you only have to see how much weight babies put on exclusively bf to know that, I used to sit there eating cake thinking how many calories were being sucked out of me. Ah those were the days. Now I have to do it the hard way!
