what size did you get??
I assume they are unisex... so am tempted to go with small as they need to be tight.

Pre pregnancy im a 10/12. Probably will be a sturdy 12/14 after birth.

I got medium size, I was size 10 before first pregnancy. This time I didn't think about it and got M again, but I'm a few pounds smaller. Anyway, it's better that they are comfortable, if I were you I'd go for 1 pack size M and then see.

(BTW, I don't know why more people don't use them. Very comfortable and no leaks at all)
