Has anyone had 3 c-sections?

Pg with dc3. Early days but certain I'll have another c-section. Will recovery be worse this time?

First was quite painful as it was emcs. Second seemed like a doddle as that was planned (medical reason).

Worried my poor old tummy won't take kindly to a third in relatively short space of time. Would be third in 3.5yrs - 2yrs since the last one.

Hi!

Ive had 3. Last 2 were only a year apart. All very big babies, and im just 5ft 2, didnt have a problem with my scar at all, and the consultants check you out alot. Same after the op, I was up straight after Caf was removed, to be honest, seemed easier after each one. You go for alot more appointments, just so they can monitor you.....but on the whole....not a problem! xx

I had 3 in 4 years to deliver 5 babies. The last one was harder to get over but I had a bad and complicated pregnancy so think everything just took its toll on my body!

My sister just had her 5th in 8 years and has recovered just fine. I was worried about the chances of complications but people on here reassured me that the stats don't actually change that much for second and subsequent CS.
