What are these pains?

Yesurday i was really sick but since then been absolutley fine. my 2 yr old ds has been sick for the past couple of days so i assumed it was because of that. However since yesturday i have been having horrendous pains at the top and sides of my tummy. It comes and goes in waves. I am extreamly uncomforatable though. Spoke to midwife today who said she will see me on Monday.
I have period type pains like one minute i ffeel i am due on the next i have cramp. Is this the start of something or am i being paranoid. I am only 29wks but i cant help but feel panacky sometimes when another wave of uncomforatable stages happen again.
Also for a while i have had a bad cough and everytime i cough my pubic bone and whole area hurts as if i have been kicked Gees i must sound paranoid but with my first i went straight into labour with no signs at all. Also i was born prem at 26wks is there a chance this could happen?

Forgot to say but i have been having bh for days now which feels awful whith this horrid tummy pain

I had sharp stabbing pains above and to the right of the bump and it turned out to be wind pains!! Very worrying at the time until I realised what it was, and lasted about a day. I suppose I must have been about 7 months.
Could be connected with your sickness bug maybe?

These are dull and achey would it be wind? god i hope so, i will see how tonigt goes and if i sleep then i suppose i will know i am fine

i am alot better thankyou quanglewangle , my tummy still aches though so i have been taking it easy. Dh is down with the sickness bug now so i am asuming its something to do with that.
The period type pains and back ache i can only put down to the bby getting bigger! you would think i would know being the second baby but i have no clue, its totally different this time. Alot more uncomforatable now
