Nausea in the night at 38 weeks

Have been lurking for months but never posted; de-lurking for this...

I'm 38 weeks pregnant with my first and have been awake for the last three nights with extreme nausea and some stomach pains to the point that each time I'm convinced I've either got some sort of stomach flu-type thing or have eaten something dodgy. Nothing has come of it each time - no actual vomiting or diarrhea (but spending hours awake expecting both).

Does anyone know what would cause this and if there's anything I can do to stop it/feel better, is it just that my insides are all squished? (It's disturbing my sleep far more than general discomfort, constant needing a wee etc!)

Thank-you
