Has anyone given birth at the Coombe Ward, Kingston Hospital?

I'm interested in maybe going private at the Coombe Ward at Kingston Hospital - has anyone given birth them before?

I didn?t go private but I had a private room at a different hospital and it was a godsend as I was there for 3 nights. It included a pull out lounger, sink, chairs etc so my partner could sleep over some nights. So nice having privacy with family. You miss out all the noise and loud sounds of the ward so it helps you sleep much better. I don?t know how anyone sleeps on the ward. I will be interested in any replies to this post as I?ve now moved to Kingston.

Which private hospital were you in? Am really struggling to find private treatment in Surrey - is either at Kingston or Royal Surrey in Guildford, both of which are quite a way from me.

It was a hospital in Tower Hamlets so i can't help you i'm afraid. Hope someone else can.
