Oxford John Radcliffe, is private any good?

Hi, my 1st post and was wandering if anyone had experience of going private at the John Radcliffe. Also is there anywhere else close to Thame that offers private as I don't really want to travel to London.

I didn't go private at the JR but was fortunate enough to use the spires unit and had an incredibly positive experience. I realise this isn't always an available option but can't recommend it enough.

Hi. I went to jr recently but not privately and they were amazing. I had a crash c section and the whole experience was lovely. Wrote them a big thank you note. The after care on the wards was brilliant. Even the breastfeeding support was great.
