Stanley Clayton vs Kensington Wing - cost...

Posted this in the Pregnancy section before I realised there was a Childbirth section - duh!

I'm trying to compare cost with Kensington Wing at the Chelsea and Westminster (which seems very expensive) and wondered if anyone had any idea of the current cost of delivering at the Sir Stanley Clayton ward at Queen Charlotte Hospital...? I know the doctor's own costs are separate and all seem to be pretty much of a muchness but are the wards any different? I know the Portland is meant to be super-pricey for example but I thought apart from that they were all pretty similar... TIA!! x

Not sure bout cost comparison but the private unit. Kensington wings not very big so more personalised. Im still here in kensington wing and posted a detailed post on my experience. The care is excellent. I feel pampered. Its day 3 and i havent even touched a nappy so i feel amazingly fresh!! The
