Freaking out

Am 39+6 and have had a migraine all day so have been in bed.

DH has come home and made dinner as I still feel wobbly and there's still quite a bit of pressure in my head. Decided to go for a wee before sitting down to eat and when I wiped it was blood tinged.

This has tipped me over the edge! I've come back to bed, I don't want to eat anything in case I'm sick. I feel dizzy and have since had a bowel movement (not loose) and am now paranoid labour is going to start.

I suffer from panic and anxiety anyway but didn't realise I was this freaked about labour. I know this baby has to come out but I don't think I'm ready.

I'm scared of hospitals, I'm needle phobic, I'm scared of being sick, I'm just not sure I can cope.

I'm sorry for the rambling, I just needed to get it out. :(

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Currently laid in the care ward with my DS! Rough delivery but worth it. Currently having some skin to skin cuddle time. :)
