labial grazes not healing

has anyone had experience of this. I am 9 weeks postnatal and have a labial graze which just won't heal, it's tiny but very painful and whenever I walk it gets worse and then takes a few days to go down, I start to move around again and back to square one - very frustrating.

helpful advice welcome please....

I have had grazes, but they were stitched and healed very quickly. Maybe it was on the cusp of needing a stitch at the time, but it was decided to leave it?

Have you talked to a GP or MW about it?

I wouldn't expect a graze to give you problems for this long, but maybe I just got lucky? Hopefully someone will come along with more experience.

my grazes hurt for a good few weeks but I think by 9 weeks they were pretty much ok. Talk to GP, maybe you need some cream or something to help them along

Ok here's what worked for me. Warm salty baths,(twice a day if you can) with 2 drops of Australian Tea Tree Oil in. Heaven, relief beyond believe.

The baths are so soothing with the salt, and the Oil is antiseptic. Give it a bash,I do hope you're feeling more comfortable soon.
