ouch its in my back

had a sweep yesturday, 40+4 had period type pains last night had intence pains for last hr in back and front every 5 mins for 40 secs its dc 3 but 9 yr gap forgot it all lol im strep b too but was only 1cm at sweep and head wasnt fully engaged dont want to go in too early but also need to get 4 hrs of antibiotics in my system not sure what to do

Can you call the hospital and ask their advice?
When I had a five sweep, I had period pains after each one, but if you are having regular pains then I would get checked out. Its possible to go from 1-5 cms in a short amount of time, especially if this isn't your first.
