Opinions on Bamboo Belly Bandit post c section please

hi ladies
anyone tried this after a c section and do you recommend it....the midwife was saying not to use it before 6 weeks but ive read otherwise
does it help with holding your tummy together and healing
last time i had a belly binding thing after a vaginal birth and it helped my tummy flatten quick and also released a lot of fluids from the area...
not sure if it will make things worse cuz scar is right under it?

Hi, I bought some ridiculously expensive bike pants to wear after a cesarean (made for that purpose) but the did nothing because the cut is so low it's hard to get support on the actual area.
Months later I bought a wrap and I think it's much more supportive and would have liked it earlier. I don't think they can be worn all day because they would need adjusting but I would wear it around the house.

I liked the feeling of support on the scar. It's pretty numb anyway!
