Hi all,
As the title says really, I am undecided on what hospital to go to but would like to know what the ob's will be like in their view on vbac and c-section. I had a c-section 10 years ago with my D'S due to breech and was erring on the side of another cs. Having read some threads on here where they have said no to some I would like to know of anyone's experience with ob's at either of these two hospitals. This will be my last DC, I'm not getting any younger!

Any help would be very greatful

Hi Smooches,

I am booked to have ds1 by planned c-sec at worthing on 08.11. Worthing have been nothing but amazing with our care......my dd1 was a emergancy c-sec as I had pre eclampsia......so this time it was my choice to have the birth I wanted after the drama (trauma) of her birth. I have also been seen as ds1 has a few problems of his own, we have been seen by the fetal med team at St Richards, again a lovely hospital. My consultant at Worthing (if you want her name pm me and I'll tell you) was lovely. She was very happy to support what ever we felt was best for us - she is more up for VBAC but not once did she say this is what I should try for.

I'm the same as you - last child - no more for us!!

Hope that helps - let me know if you want anymore info.
