Recommend a hypno birthing cd please...

Worked really well to keep me calm and to help with the pain - also, I'm a hypnotherapist so can vouch for it being good from a technical pov. (I wanted to get a CD rather than relying on doing it myself as a friend of mine who is also a hypnotherapist told me that when it comes to pain relief, you want to make sure you get extra help)!

Dont know about tens though...
