is it labour or an upset tummy

im 38wks with 3rd dc but 9yrs between each im having cramps and the runs which i also had with ds but cant tell problem is my labours are quick 3hrs stsrt with a twinge and then progress really quick

I had the runs prior to dd2's birth, with mild cramps. My babies popped out quick too. Good Luck x

Start timing the cramps! Both my labours started with an upset tummy & very mild cramps & like you progressed fast so if there is a pattern to the cramps I'd consider going to the hospital sooner rather than later.
