3rd degree tear follow up: what to ask at perineal clinic?

Hello,
DD is 8 weeks old and I am going to the hospital for a follow up apmt at the perineal clinic. Had a 3a tear as well as episiotomy with ventouse birth.
I seem to be healing OK. Don't seem to have any incontinence issues, only some urgency and difficulty controlling flatulence. Undercarriage feels slightly sore/stingy but nothing as bad as it felt in the two to three weeks post birth. Needless to say there has been no action to know whether things work fully.
For those of you who have been there, what questions, if any, do you wish you had asked or things you wish you had had followed up?
Am nervous about the apmt for some reason.
Thanks,
RG

Hi. I had a 3a too and saw a specialist Physio for a few months which was reply useful for getting urgency sorted. I'd ask for that again if I were in the same position.

Is your appointment with a consultant? Or MW? Or specialist?
