hello - i took rlt for WEEKS before induction date, nothing happened, I was desperate not to be induced so went to aromotherapist to get max strength clary sage. She said it is a bit of a myth it brings things on, but has been quoted as doing so, so they warn about it Just in case. I had very strong clary sage oil oil to rub in, and add to bath, the aromotherapist also used it in reflexology - apparently ti al lhelps stimulate and improve uterus. My 1st labour was 6hrs after induction, 2nd was 2hrs after 2 day induction. I had ds 4 days ago and am thick, so not sure what pphmeans:( good luck
