Waters being broken...if it happened in 1st birth, is it likely again?

With my first child, My waters were artificially broken at 8cm dilation.
Am wondering if they are likely to remain intact second time round??
Or is it likely same thing will happen?

If your waters were broken, did the same appen in subsequent pregnancies?

its not necesary that this will happen again hun , evry pregnancy is different , with my first i had to have my waters broken at 7cms dialated as i had already been in labur for 28 hours. with my 2nd i lost him at 21 weeks and labour had to be induced , all happend very fast from first contraction to afterbirth was only 20 mins , my waters went thereself. and with my 3rd waters broke abot 3 hours into labour and continued to break for about 5 hours lol , i felt very strage as i expected either one massive gush or a continuous trickle but i had that much waters that i seemed to hav about 30 mediam gushes lol .... try n ot to worry about it and just take it as it comes x

one of my freinds waters broke 2 days before any labour pains started , so yeah evry pregnancy is very different x

hope i helped x

I had two fairly fast labours, and they never broke on their own, but on the plus side, my total labour time combined for my two pregnancies was almost exactly 5 hours, and I had two very healthy babies, so I'm not going to complain.

Broken for first labour, broke on their own for the second.
