39weeks tomorrow - bh's every 5/6mins. babys movements stating to hurt

more so in the evenings the past few nights. cervix was "ripe" 2 weeks ago. but not dilated.

I feel swollen down there, and just when baby is moving, it sends shooting pains up. like its trying to push down. but not progressing? :s

Will book MW this week, possibly have a sweep too. this is DC2

Oh and DP & I dtd yesterday, so this could have triggered the more aches...

I've also noticed more discharge today (TMI - snot like?) not a show though

I feel the same, feels like baby is trying to tunnel out! Getting the shooting pains and BHs in the mornings and evenings, but not much during the day. Starting to ignore it now as nothing comes of them. More discharge too....lovely.

Yeah mine gear up, intense in the evening. but then its bedtime so it wears off!

movements are still pretty active too so not sure?

got a sweep booked on weds. not sure if i should bother :s

For my 1st baby I went into labour the day of my sweep so didn't have to go for it. Did end up with a 48hr labour with many sweeps to try and hurry it along though. Hope this time is better!
