Just wanted to post so you had a response from someone! I personally have no idea if being OP makes a particular difference, but I know that if the baby's transverse or oblique it definitely does, also depends on if they're engaged, size of your pelvis etc. How much bigger are they measuring? Did the midwife or GP give you any clues? Hope you get some better answers soon!

My fundal height was bang on with DC1 and she was back to back.
This time DS2 has been measuring 3 weeks ahead but this week (37) its balanced out again.

My baby has been back to back for a few weeks now but is measuring just right for dates. E.g last app at 36 weeks fundal height was 36cm. It will probably even itself out.

DS measured small throughout (so small needed to have growth scans) and was back to back, DS measured huge (and so big also needed growth scans) throughout and was also back to back. Two back back babies sucks, but it was fine.

My DD measured normal all the way, so when I went overdue by 9 days it took her to 9lbs by MW measuring by fundal height. She turned just before she came out and she was 7lbs 6oz. They don't always get it right.
