No to VBAC

Hello!
Anyone else said no to VBAC? I'm 30 weeks pregnant and am (pretty) adamant I don't want to try VBAC, instead I want a repeat ELCS.
I am yet to see the consultant at the hospital, and so am starting to worry that they will refuse & push me into VBAC.
My DS was born by ELCS due to Breech Presentation & failed ECV - so there is no medical reason why I NEED a CS I just would be so much happier. I really don't want to try VBAC & then end up with an EMCS, and I don't want the risk of uterine rupture...selfish that may sound, but truthful!
Thanks...

I don't think they can refuse now. When I went in for my initial booking (am 28 weeks now), the midwife said the guidance had changed again and if you have had a CS previously you can opt for an elective section without a medical need. She actually put me down for an ELCS then, but I've changed my mind and am going to try for a VBAC (however, won't be bothered if I have to have a CS again).

I was offered a trial of labour when I said I wanted a second ecs - you just need to be insistent if you have made up your mind.
