Did it hurt when you had sex? If so, for how long? PLEASE tell me it goes away!! DD2 is 19 weeks and I have to lay in bed legs together after sex because I can't walk afterwards!!

Haven't tried those as I don't like those positions Blush. We've done missionary and me sitting and him standing Blush. Could barely walk both times. Luckily (?) DD is needing me at night and we go to bed together. With a 3 year old running around it makes sex very seldom!!

I suffered horrifically for 15 mths, walking let alone sex... otherwise what birds said. But since you've tried that then :(
Are you suffering at any other time with severe pain? You really should be under pain management - I had real issues with nerves in my legs but since I was breastfeeding I turned down all the hard core drugs.
I went to a rehab physio who helped IMMENSELY, def worth seeing if you can fund that as without her I may well not be here as I was suicidal with the pain

The pain is literally only there after we have sex. By morning it's gone. I think in future we need to have sex and then I stay put for the night. I'm going to see a female physio for pelvic floor so will definitely mention this. Thanks!

yes i had this, still do occasionally, (it also flares up when i get my period..hormones?) i find doggy style, spoons etc is better, and moving about more during sex, so not keeping my legs splayed for long periods iykwim?.

i had physio, also some ultrasound treatment but the best thing was just doing moderate exercise and improving my core strength etc, swimming was good and also wearing tight jeans in the day to help hold my pelvis steady :)
