show last night does this mean starting soon????

Hi all 39+3 had my show last night tuck lol had really bad bachache in night but worn off. How long were people between show and start of labour?? Hoping not long now! Xxx

I had show on a monday, back pain started on the wed (3cm dilated then), had ds at 3am on the saturday :)

I'm the same! Well, had a clear show with tiny threads of blood through it yesterday am and this morning a more creamy blood stained mucous. I am 38 weeks.

Really low back pain throughout the night which has eased now I am up and about so I have decided to just relax today and see how things go. Not easy when I have a husband and 2 teenage girls symptom spotting and asking how much longer :)

I now know to keep all symptoms to myself.

Ha same for you bobbles! Such crampy pains and baby is back to back so I think that's why backache so bad!!

i had 98 hours between show and birth

i had show at 35 weeks, DS born at 38+6, after waters broke at 38+5.

I have been having a show for almost 4 weeks. I am 2 cm dilated, waters have been bulging for weeks and every night contractions start at 5pm and then stop around 6am.

Am now 40+4.

Can you tell I'm pissed off?

I had a clear show Tuesday AM, on/off contraction all Tuesday/Wednesday. They finally fell regular on Thursday morning. Had a massive bloody show 2am Fri morn, baby delivered at 7am! (was 40+3 though)

Mine was bloody but all gone quiet now!!

With dd1, show mon am, in labour fri pm. 38 weeks Ds, show evening before, labour next day., 40 plus 3. Dd2, stretch and sweep show that evening, labour next day.

I will stop getting excited then!! It felt like my waters had gone till I went to loo!!
