I am in labour.

I am 5cm dilated and having contractions that last for about 40 seconds every couple of minutes.

And either I've just done a big, unexpected wee or the rest of my waters have just whooshed out.

Strapped to a CTG unfortunately, but hopefully not for much longer.

Wondering if this baby is arriving soon...?

I think my suggestion of April may have been slightly pessimistic

Now lying in bed eating cake while she sleeps. I'd quite like to sleep too but i cant because i have to watch her breathe, like an obsessive crazy person.

congratulations! quick labours good, but remember to rest as much as you would if it hadn't been - quick labour can be really shocking to the body!
