Ds1 is 17 months and we're trying for dc2. Trouble is I had an awful time with ds1 and really don't know much about when happened and when. I left hospital with my cannula in and the hospital recorded the wrong dob. Is it too late to ask for a meeting..... Not to complain as such but to go through my notes with someone. I was in a mess after ecs and wish I'd photocopied my notes etc Sad

You can write to the hospital at any time to request a copy of your notes. If the website doesn't tell you who to contact, them call the hospital PALS and they can tell you. There might be an admin charge (up to £50ish) for photocopying etc.

I'd get them, read through and then request a debrief (can't see why it would be too late) so that you've had a chance to look through what happened and have the chance to make any notes or question things you don't remember/understand before you meet Smile
