Hi all!
Rather than obsessising over my lack of labour signs, I'm thinking of getting something nice for the labour suit. They were so fab when I was in the last time and I know the team that are on when I go in for induction.
Any ideas for a nice present??! (other than the usual box of chocs!)
Tia

A hamper of good coffee, teabags, biscuits, bottles of cordial and some lovely biscuits or cakes,
or
a large filled biscuit barrel than they are getting something to keep as well.

I know I've got an empty gift basket in the house somewhere. If only I could find it....

Ha, I have a mountain of gift bags covering every occasion from Christening to Retirement but can I find the right one when I need it??

We got a box of pot noodles last year!

When we commented we might like to get something for the MWs they said that would be lovely (if totally unnecessary) but PLEASE don't get chocolates or biscuits. We got them some mugs (seemingly they grow legs and chase consultants...) and some nice tea and coffee. They certainly made all the right noises when we handed it over...

Don't underestimate the appeal of a pot noodle at 5 in the morning!

Tea/coffee is always appreciated, as is anything edible.

Ok, thanks for the ideas. Will make a nice box of goodies up and maybe put a set of nice mugs in it too Smile
