Hi ladies

Sorry if TMI but I need some advice. I had a little boy nearly 3 weeks ago by emergency section (after failed foreceps and vontousse).I thought I had been recovering well however yesterday when I was having a poo it reaLly hurt and felt as though it was ripping me, and I've just had the same experience.

Anyone had a similar experience? I can't get an appointment at the doctor until monday and that is an hours walk away with the bab as I still can't drive. Hoping it will stop as quickly as it started

Hiya, thanks for your response, it sounds exactly like what I'm going through. My bowel movements have been regular andit was only yesterday that they got very hard. I was taking iron tablets for a week or so because my blood loss was 500, apparently I was borderline needing them so when my poo went black and runny (tmi sorry) I stopped taking them. I've just sent my partner to the pharmacy at tesco, thanks for your help, hope the lactolose works xx
