I was expecting that I'd be able to go and visit the midwife led unit I'll be giving birth in before ky due date. But when I phoned I was told, rather snippily, that they "dont do tours". There's a brief video on their website, but it doesn't say much. I wanted to check how likely it is there will be a pool available, have a walk around and perhaps be less nervous. But now I feel like I'm stepping into the unknown even more. It's my 1st baby.
Has anyone been to the marsh ward? What's it like?
