unrecognisable, my first two looked so different but now they look quite similar. DS2 looked different again but then he has a different father lol

BlueEyeshadow · 29/01/2012 22:17

Almost identical, except that DS2 was about half as big again. They look very different now though.

They were interchangeable - until DS2 got jaundice and turned orange Grin As babies up to toddlers, their faces were identical (hair colour was different though) but now they are 3 and 5, they don't really look like each other at all anymore.

Tonksforthememories · 29/01/2012 22:22

DDs looked identical, DS looked completely different! They all look similar now though, other than their colouring! (DD1 Brown hair and eyes, DD2 light brown/blonde hair and green eyes, DS blonde hair and blue eyes!)

duchesse · 29/01/2012 22:34

DS and DD1 looked very different. In fact they all looked very different from each other.

DS had a sparse amount of blonde hair and was a chunker with a healthy tan. DD1 had loads of dark curly hair, sticky out cute ears and a red face. DD2 had wisps of mousey hair and bore a small similarity to her at sister in features. DD3 looked like a cross between her three older siblings- full head of dark likeDD1, face like DD2 and DS in some lights, but not really identical to any of the others.

The older they get now the more they look alike (apart from DS who looks more like a man all the time). Sometimes now I am not entirely sure whether I'm looking at DD1 or DD2 (although that might just be the tiredness).

Your children are adorable Duchesse, sorry had a peek there Grin.

As newborns dd and ds2 looked quite similar, although ds2 had blonde hair, ds1 looked different. He was a big chubster for a start, with very different features and bone structure compared to the other 2, he looks more like my side of the family.

Even now ds2(2) looks very similar to dd at the same age, although neither of them look particularly like me or dp, more of a unique mix Grin.

Ds1 is a prettier, boy version of me, with much better lips and hair, he has very gorgeous big blue eyes and long black eyelashes.

Pretty much identical-one had very dark eyes, one that newborn slate blue colour. One year on they are totally different-eyes, nose, skintone, chubbiness...but they have the same high forehead and facial expressions. It is lovely to be able to compare and contrast them! :)

Izpie · 29/01/2012 23:36

Totally different. Dd1 had loads of dark hair, dd2 little covering of red hair. Features are different too, at 4 and 1 you wouldn't guess they were sisters from the way they l

Oops sorry, 1 handed typing.

smogwod · 29/01/2012 23:44

DD1 was born at 42 weeks and looked beautiful right from the start. DD2 born at 38 weeks was a scrunched up newborn covered in vernix. DD1 was blond but now brown and dd2 dark but now blond. You just never know!

MelanieWiggles · 01/02/2012 12:03

Almost identical - different noses and DS2 was MUCH bigger (9lbs 7 vs 7lbs 15) but aside from that they could be the same child !

goingtoofast · 01/02/2012 12:05

DD1 and DS looked identical (and like me) and still do. DD2 looked very different(looks like her Dad and not me at all), now she does look a bit like her brother and sister.

MrsHoolie · 01/02/2012 13:55

My two looked completely different. DD looks like me and DS looks like DP.

hermionestranger · 01/02/2012 13:56

Identical at birth, but nothing like each other now, which I am glad about because I am forever being told how alike my sister and I are.

EdwardorEricCantDecide · 01/02/2012 14:03

As newborns they were identical I have called dd by DS name before but she's now 3 months and is starting to look more different from DS every day

GirlWithTheMouseyHair · 03/02/2012 22:20

Exactly the same!
