Hypnobirthing Apps/Downloads?

On the back of loads of Hypnobirthing threads that seem to be going on, I was wondering if anyone had experiences with any iPhone apps or downloads off the Internet for Hypnobirthing?

I'm 33+4 and want to start ASAP. I thought I was going to have to have a csection due to complications but it looks like the hospital want me to have a VB as long as I'm not admitted again

So anyone with any experiences/advice would be greatly appreciated :) TIA

the downloads on www.hypnobirthingdownloads.com are great, there's also a hypnobirth course to download and use at home. Listening to the mp3s is really relaxing and will help you to feel confident/positive which will make your birth much easier all round.

Def worth a look and not expensive. Good luck, enjoy your birth :)

Hi Likelucklove

It's not too late to do a course if you want. Have a look on www.hypnobirthing.com to see who your nearest practitioner is.

I've just downloaded a hypno birthing app onto my iPhone. It was the only one in the app store I could find and was £7. Don't know how good it'll be as everytime I've listened to it I've fallen asleep! Can understand why they tell you not to listen when driving!!
