Neuroma and refashioning

Hi wondering if you could give me some tips on after surgery of removal of a neuroma? Its not something you can find online easily so I guess it's not that common?

I had my baby 5 months ago and cant go to the toilet without using local anestetic. We were treated disgustingly by the hospital (currently with the head of midwifery hense quick appointment) and I was very lucky to be coming home with a baby at all, long list of negilance and my baby was ready to be delivered at 1pm but wasnt born until 11.10pm- she was left so long she turned and got stuck and I was rushed to theatre and she was born by vontuse and an epitosimy. I then contracted MRSA. Last month I saw the top consultant and I have developed a neuroma (tumour- mass of nerves) which has to be removed and I also need refashioning.( solicitor has advised that I was cut wrong and too deep and that is what has caused the nerve damage) Iv'e got post traumatic stress disorder following my daughters birth so am quite anxious about this surgery and am keen to know the healing time etc. and any tips that anyone can give me??

Thanks so much smile
