Im expecting my fifth baby and really really ought to know....thought i did, but i just read an instruction for how to massage the perineum (have never done this before or had it reccomended) and now i am embarrased to say i dont actually know where the perineum is? Is it actually internal?? I thought it was external...so embarassed...anyone know for sure where and how to massage?
