am i in early labour?

...have just phoned maternity assessment and MW thinks i might be in early labour but honestly i'm not so sure could do with some opinions / advice. I don't feel like it's labour

I've been feeling different the last few days stabby pains in behind my pubic bone, skin suddenly gone very dry, nipples got very dark suddenly, constipation disapeared and insomnia suddenly stopped, now i've been getting period like cramps but only when i lie down.

Does it sound like early labour or and if so how long could i be looking at?

period style cramps suggest yes but still could be a couple of days to go if first. good luck!

Could be. Either way probably best to try and ignore it for as long as possible. Plan a fun day close to home!

I have a feeling this is going to be an ongoing thing for at least a few days don't know why but just don't feel like it's starting really
