Woke up thinking I needed the loo, except ooh, had I already been? Blush. Stood up to enough of a trickle to cause a small puddle but not wee-smelling.

DH is currently taking dd to my mother's, I've got to ring the hospital. Does this sound like it? I was induced last time, I've not done spontaneous before!

Am 38 weeks tomorrow...

Oh how exciting, good luck Smile

LovesBloominChristmas · 20/12/2011 07:54

Wow good luck

It can't be! I haven't hoovered or made my mince pies or sorted the washing. Had a very odd twingey night with funny labour-related dreams and before I went to sleep baby was doing serious gymnastics.

I'm not sure (mine burst all over MW during..Grin) but good luck if it is! Aww a lovely fluffy Christmas baby hope it all goes well op x

If you really are 9 months pregnant and laced with brandy you could just have wet yourself without realising Xmas Wink

Good luck op! Oooh, a fluffy, soft bundle of baby for Christmas Xmas Grin Jealous!

Ohhh sounds very exciting, my waters went without realising, MW looked in hospital and they were gone Hmm

Right check list

Phone hospital and book a space, you don't want there to be no room at the Inn.

Transport, not a donkey.

If there is no room at first hospital, don't go around asking random farmers for use of a stable.

Update us when you can. Good luck Mary Xmas Grin

I had lots of stuff planned for both the days my dc were born Grin

MudAndGlitter · 20/12/2011 09:01

Good luck! Mine went on the way to the drs and trickled for a while.
Second time was all over the midwife Grin

Waters. Mine did that. Don't worry dd was born just before Xmas at 39 weeks and I wasn't organises. We still had a fab Xmas and everything still got done in time Xmas Smile

Back again. Have been in, monitored and inspected. Couldn't see any trace of waters so was sent home. Apparently if you drink lots of water then your wee would' smell of anything...Fine except I haven't drunk lots of water, in fact I regularly get bollockings from the mw because I don't drink enough!

So, am home again, daren't go out though!

Funny, I would have sworn it was your waters going! Brings back less than fond memories of mine going in Boots while shopping for final baby stuff... met up with DP (now DH), told him I'd either wet myself or my waters had gone. He went a funny kind of grey colour & stayed that way until our DS was born the next day Grin
