Hi everyone,
I've just been for a short walk to the super market with my partner and while there I begun getting what felt like contractions, with a really really intense feeling of pressure in my pelvis.
I've had Braxton Hicks for the past week and it has been especially triggered by walking, but not with the same intensity of pressure that I had today. I felt like I was going to lose control of all bodily functions Blush
Now I've got home and sat down, it's not as intense.
What do we reckon, is this it?

I've had this too a couple of times over the last week or so - to the point that I just start to think that it is all starting when the Braxton hicks finally goes. I know exactly what you mean about the 'pressure' - I had it in my bottom and really felt like i was going to embarrass myself, and strangely the feeling was worse when sitting down. My BH often come on with exertion as well - walking, cooking for a long time etc..

Alas, I am 38+6 today and although my BH feel like they are getting more intense when they come now I think this little tinker is happy to stay inside me for a bit longer!

Hope for you though that it is the start in your case and not the same thing as I have been experiencing - this waiting malarky is sooo annoying!

When are you due?

I could have written the last 2 posts 38 + 3 and have had increasing BH for 2 weeks, have been fully engaged for that long too.

Frustrating as hell, every night at about 7 BH pick up and get really regular and painful about 8 mins apart.

Grrrr come on baby!
