Massively TMI but I have a plug / show question

Sorry in advance but

Been to the loo and had rather a large bowel movement and there was something white and waxy in the loo. The other contents meant I couldn't really see properly, but could it have been my plug?

It was not clear though - more a solid white and looked about 1.5cm long

Guess it could be. My shows have always (ie once 8 yrs ago and last week...but I had to post for reassurance on mine so not an expert!!) being snot like.
My first show following sweep was a LOT and very mucusy and blood stained. Last weeks was about the size of yours and as I said snotty. (TMI alert) I've had increased discharge that is much more waxy but this was differant. Hope it was the beginning of something for you (And me!!) You might have more "show" over the next few days!!

My MIL shared with me that she had a show with my DH 12 days before labour started, but he's a tricky one so don't lose ALL hope!!

Don't focus on the 12 day thing. This is the same woman who told me to get her to come to my house at the first sign of discomfort (MIL has been pg twice) as her neighbour's friend's cat sitter's daughter's work collegue's best friend had some niggling pains and went into labour later that evening! What 38 wk pg woman hasn't had the odd ache and pain? So on one hand I'll be in labour for nearly two weeks but she'll be with me "advising". [eeeeck]

BTW I'm 38 + 4....Race ya!!

The race sounds like a plan :)
