Discharge after lochia

Had dd 4 weeks ago - lochia has finished now but it is a bit smelly down there - could I have an infection or is it just normal. I haven't had sex so not sure what is happening. I don't remember having it with other dc. Sorry for tmi.

Just to add - I had a 3rd degrees tear which has healed well and I took the course of antibiotics they gave me.

If it is a bit smelly then get yourself to the GP to have it checked out. If it is an infection of osme sort tehn you really don't want to leave it.

I have exactly the same thing!! DD was born 6 wks ago, don't get a check until 8 wks here! So got myself an appt with doc tomorrow as think it may be an infection :(
