Hi, my baby was engaged two weeks ago but since then has not been when I go to see the midwife. I've had two sweeps this week and both times I was told that things are favourable but the head isn't low enough. This is my first baby and I've read that usually it is later pregnancies where the head goes in and out and in first pregnancies like mine once they are engaged they usually stay there. Any idea why the head goes in and out of the pelvis? Understanding might help me deal with the lateness!! (Bit fed up!).
