Just a bit of advice as to whether this means the start of baby making an appearance! Am nearly 38 weeks and for the last few nights been having period pains in my lower back. Last night they were pretty painful and came and went,but managed to get to sleep and this morning they have completely gone. It was the same yesterday as well,the pains don't come on until about 8pm then are gone by the morning.
Anyway just be nice to know if anyone had this and whether I can expect anything to come of it or just one of those things?!
