This is exciting Grin
after a wonderful day yesterday dedicated to relaxation including a hour and halves reflexology session, I think I am finally in labour!
Had a show at about midnight, managed about 5 hours sleep but then the contractions were a bit much to sleep through. Bearing in mind I can generally sleep through anything that says a lot. Contractions are coming fairly regularly every 4-5 mins and lasting about 45 seconds.
So doula contacted, weetabix eaten, just need to walk the dogs and feed the ponies and then see how the day progresses.....

I love the fact you're in labour and you're thinking about feeding the ponies!!!! I think I'd be getting someone else to do it just for a day or two Grin

Good luck!

did leave the ponies to someone else in the end! went to hospital at about 9am as was having 3 contractions in 10 mins to be told my cervix was closed shut and posterior Sad so we went round tescos, and then home again. By 4pm we were heading back , with me roaring my head off and DH swearing through the rush hour traffic.
Any way Phoebe was born at 11:26 pm with no interventions- although after over an hour of pushing the Dr came in and threatened an episiotomy and vontous at which point i tried an awful lot harder Grin
she is absolutely wonderful and DH and i are both thrilled

Tescos and a homeopathic (yes I know not everyone agrees) called Caul. one of the 2 got things going so fast!
