Sweep yesterday and small show this morning - any chance labour might happen soon?

I'm 38+2 and as I have obstetric cholestasis I am booked for induction on Tuesday next week. The doctor have me a sweep yesterday as she said this might help get everything favourable for induction. She said I was 1 cm dilated but that cervix was still fairly hard.

I had a small bloody show this morning. I would be delighted if I went into natural labour over the weekend and managed to avoid induction but dont know if that's at all likely. My first DD was induced for same reason (OC) so I've never had a natural labour.

Is it possible that I might go into natural labour now I've had a show or is it unlikely. Is there anything I can do to encourage it?

I had a show after a failed attempt to sweep at 38 weeks last time. DD was born less than a week later.
