SWimming after show?

I'm 34 weeks pregnant and think I've had the show. Didn't get one last time so not sure. Can I still go swimming? Any ideas anyone?

no idea really but I would err on the side of caution and not go

if you've had a show at 34 wks you need to be checked out by a mw, it's very early. unless you've got other symptoms of labour, it's probably a discharge that may mean you have a vaginal infection and need treatment. go and see your gp or mw, whoever can see you soonest. (and forget the swimming till after that!)

what did it look like? it is early for a show.

I've done some reading and think it might be a false alarm. It was white and just like the normal discharge I've had, only a bit more.

I swam after my show. Was fine, had baby next day. I'm sure midwife said it was ok as long as my waters hadn't broken.
