Does anyone have a copy of the Natal Hypnotherapy CD's that they're finished with? I'd love to give it a go.

Regards,

Alice

I used the cd to prepare for a homebirth. Wasn't religious about using it - probably did it a dozen or so times (would have listened to it more but dd came a week early). I had an absolute dream of a birth and the visualisations and breathing exercises really helped. The cd also helped with confidence and positive thinking too - in late pregnancy I received so many negative comments from other women about horrible birth experiences, I was so determined to do something proactive to counteract this. I can't recommend the CD highly enough. And no... I'm not on commission!
